A useful thing i Learned was at level 15 a good thing to do is to drug run, or do expensive weapons runnning only buy things people use... so dont get things like dual berrates which people barely use now but a jackhammer is smart!

when drug running buy low and sel high ( like in everthing) Druug Prices fluxuate with the demand for them the less people buy the lower the price the more they buy the higher it goes (might wanna check this one) also buy drugs people use shrooms and cannabis are rarely used expect for kicks , but Vidocin and Xanax Are akways in demand, ....

if you are hiring staff to boost total happy in your properties you can save up 50% of the daily costs by only paying for it ever other day

the trick is that after you had hired them for at least 1 full day, just after TC midnight go to your properties and fire all staff - you need to do it between TC maintenance screen will go up so you only have like 1 minute before 00:00 and 00:01
after maintenance kick in doing reset it will not charge you for staff (as you fired them) but you will not loose your happy right away
after tc i back up for playing go to your properties and rehire the same staff you just fired
you need to do it before 00:15 (plenty of time) cause if you get past :15 mark your happy gets capped to your current max (without staff)

i think tahts more or less a bug lol that might need a use at your own risk warning incase TC staff find s your using the bug =/

it's not a bug (an unexpected defect, fault, flaw, or imperfection of software)
it's not a glitch (a usually minor and temporarily malfunction)

it's a niche of opportunity, backyard door...

lots of people do it
and as long as noone will mail it to staff it won't be prohibited - but it's not an offence against TC rules itself (like using of morphine / first aid kits were)

ok - another tip for you guys....

laptop lets you read/send mail while travelling

when you reach your destination the link to laptop will disappear

but you can enter "/laptop.php" manually instead of '/index.php" and you can still use your laptop for mails if you plan to stay for a litte while overseas

i never said that laptop is a must have item
i personally don't have one (in TC that is)
just posting this as a tip/trick cause not everyone knows it

yea and if you drug run this item is a great tool to see if you can turn big profits (mail people with prices and see how they compare on the market)

to check the prices of drugs in each country without needing to go there

join #drugden on IRC
then check the prices there
!price country (like !price UK, !price canada) to get the pricess of all available drugs in that country

or

!drug_name (like !xanax, !ecstasy) to get the price of this particular drug in all countries that it is available in

And since you can use IRC while travelling etc this is also great thing for communication
