The easy answer is you cant.

However you can guess how strong they are by various stats you can see about them.

How old they are
what level they are
what rank they are
and how many crimes they have committed.

The more active and older players are usually strongest because they have had longer to increase their battle stats.

You use 'energy' to increase your stats and the same 'energy' to attack or mug someone. so sometimes a very active and old player is very weak because they have spent all their energy on mugging or attacking other players.

So, the more complicated answer is 'you cant' Smile

hi5 it seems that if ur going to sleep it miight be worth it to unequip guns as they are lesss likely to hit and stick to melee

dp costs around 1.4m to 1.5m of tc money - which is by far not much
when you use a dp you get 50 points - which after selling gets you 1.2m back making it much easier to buy your next donator pack when money is a problem for you

i might be able to buy 60 donator packs today - so if you need help with that let me know

am thinking of withdrawing academys rights to -ar- tags simply becuase i asked them to agree to a noe xtorting rule and no one has replied to the topic yet i sent a newsletter and put it in the announcement

i did this becuase i reciveved word two members tried to extort a -BC- member

just so you know - battle stats has little to do with your game rank ;-)
the only things that matter are:
level (you get rank up at certain peaks),
total crimes (same as above)
networth (ditto)
