help please

can anybody help me???


i got a problem when i connect to servers

i get an error and it says:

could'nt load your official pak files, make sure you updated to latest version

i didnt knew there were updates for enemy terr, and i never needed on

anybody any idea of whut i should do????

i hope not reinstalling it :s

delete everything,throw computer into a burning fire from the roof.
Easy solution,i think.!

Reinstall it I guess, and start new...

Simple restart of computer fixed the thing for me

but if u still have the problem after restart,

then try reinstall, remember to keep ur etkey

mm oke i tried to reinstall but it sems that you the 2.60b patch destroy my et.exe when i run it in the same folder.....

warno i was havin problem with the 2.60b i got leafs to send me his et.exe because his had patched succesfully i just overwrote my et.exe and bingo 2.60b works great now
maybe somethin to try

completely wiping/reinstalling my ET (save the key)

then getting 2.60b patch then ET starter pro 2.60b Version

yeah i tried the patch it didnt work maybe because i run vista yukkk but when i overwrote that main et.exe file the game has worked great ever since

warno if that doesnt work i have just found a full download of ET with 2.60 installed

but i need 2.60 b

really if i reinstall my et and then i run tokras 2.60b patch i think i loose my pakfiles or something

i sent it to you so let me know if it works i sent it with an .exe extesnsion so to open the file you may need to turn off the security in your email client as they assume anything with .exe extesion is a virus ok so let me know

my game runs smooth if i only got that pak and when i dont try to patch it to another version

but is there another pak files needed????

it only crashes from time to time because of ym bad computer
