Hate to kill it, but 1.76 is not tall at all... so don't stop on the achieved!
I heard that in USA, uncle sam is shooting some growth hormones lately to make the kids big. I remember, last year in Paris, the american students were all about 1m80 on average.

From what you guys say everyone in my school are like dwarves. Haha never knew europeans are so tall.

Yeah... I feel bad myself... I am only 1m76... my mom is 1m50 and my dad is around 1m73... hopefully my kids will be taller, smarter and stronger...

Lol, well I'm 1.83 and my wife is 1.8 so my kids will probably be taller yet..... Has more to do with genetics then Uncle Sam pushing growth pills. rofl.

Genetics play a role, but hey, we are no longer in Eugenics here. Chances are that a tall couple will have a taller kid, but doctors say it is a chance for a reason. Actually, it is not just about genetics because nutrition plays a major role. I've been to China, all the women look like little girls and somewhat... er... what is the world? Flat? But the ones raised and fed in Canada are taller and much more... "mature". Hey! Doesn't mean that your kid has to be obese or something...
Speaking of short girls... well, they can be pretty and cute, cuter then the taller ones
