How to post a correct help-request

just like in the old forums:

Shouting won't help you getting an answer faster.

Make sure the topicname is clear to all.

Don't say: "help" but say 'I have a problem with connecting to the server"

Try to find an answer before posting a helpquestion
There might be an answer 2 post lower then yours, why not look into these posts.

Try to post as much information as possible about your problem
How can anyone help you if you don't say what's the problem. If you give errormessages, screenshots, PC-data,... people can see what's the problem. The more info the better.

I know most of the people that can help you won't help you if you put request like this

saying "thank you or thanks or !beer xxxx" won't kill you, you don't even have to pay for it. Saying thanks is free but gives you a warm feeling.
