By the way, if you watched the start of the current financial crisis (or what they call the start, at least), it's a nice example of few bankers thinking they really can create as much money as they want (like the movie says) - and found out they cannot quite do so.

No they don't, well at least not in Canada, and at least not on the basic level... say for all those buisinessmen and commerce people.

What I really like is that they are saying the system is rotten in the core, there are flaws on fundamental levels... but changing it, will prouve nearly impossible and bloody. Plus we don't know with what people can replace it...

well if you think in the terms of how much debt america is in did you really think they have that kind gold in fort knox to back it i am sure the amount isnt even close
hence why they are having the financila woes they are in now and slowly causing a globla recession and that is just one example of why this sstem is so flawed like the movie says

indeed with this system of money it is weighine everybody down and weakening the global economy by the day
