I need sleep

I've been getting about an hour of sleep a night for a week. it's so hard, but when I sleep I have terrifying dreams and it's just not good. What should I do?

By the way. It's 3:00amish my time now, and i gotta be up by 5 for school 2morrow. It succcks!

Make sure your tired at the end of the day dude.

And get off the computer!

If you wake up... go run a lap or two around your houseblock...
then go to bed, and before u go to sleep... think about good things... always work...

before u go to bed, dont play on computer or watch TV cus it makes your brain active and u cant get sleep..

the best thing to do is

[]to stop drink caffeine about 3-4 hours before sleep give it time to get through your system,

[]Read/do a puzzle a hour before sleep, NOT IN YOUR BED but at a desk, The brain associates places with activities and wont make it easy on you if you are tring to fall asleep at a work station/puzzle spot and not your bed.

[]Expend all that energy during the day, doing laps, Physical Work, Excerising your fingers on wolfestein (umm). playing sports kicking a wall, attempt to break bricks with your face, it all should work.

[] Sometimes things like a decaffeinated Green Tea with a bit of honey no sugar no cream helps get you to sleep, it works for me.

Slowly ruin your body through sleep deprivation, and to get through the day Locate a coffee shop nearby your schoolo or along the route and buy 2 extra creams extra larges,
also keep a box of 5-hour energy in your bag.

I would go for lots of physical activity to tire your body then read a book for an hour before you go to sleep to tire your brain, too.

Milk with Anise does the trick with me though

Warm milk helps, they give it to people in the hospital here to make them sleepy..
hot shower before you go to bed, no computer or tv.. just relax,

i can't sleep either, or well 'fall asleep' but thats oke, i mean it sucks.. but well can't do anything about it,

oh and warm milk is really really nasty..

Whenever I feel like I should sleep I press that blue button with a moon on my case...
