| btw
what temperatures are normal for processor and the cores
ATI HD4870X2 2gb = under 40C Intel core2 quad Q8200 2.33 = 25C core0=47C core1=51C core2=40C core3=40C
system=36C
im thinking to buy 2 more 120mm fans to the computercase to the front

| I think the GPU temp is fine. My 8800GTS used to run at 50C. I'm not sure what my GTX260 runs at. Intel Quad cores sometimes are a little quirky and one core will run hotter than the rest. This is normal though apparently. My E6600 Core 2 Duo runs at 24C - 29C most of the time with just stock cooling. However it used to run 10C warmer before i removed the side panels. I must not have been getting enough air flow.
Sounds like you have a beast of a system Arnie! Any chance you'll be playing the new Wolfenstein when it is released? I'm trying to roundup players wherever I can!

| yea its a nice computer but =) terribly noisy thats why i might buy 2x120mm fans so they dont need to have so high rpm
might buy the wolfenstein 45 € was the cheapest what i found

| i found out this performance test in vista what grades my system parts
cpu = 5.9 memory = 5.5 graphics windows aero = 5.9 graphics gaming = 5.9 hard drive = 5.7
final score 5.5
i read from somewhere that 5.9 is maximum so =)

| to get 5.9 in hard drive you need the special hard drive where the speed is 10 000 rpm but the next stage would be flash hard drive but =) they are little expensive | |

| I've got 2.73gb free space in my hard drive. I could use another hard drive......and a format too. It's the format part that I do not like. | |

| now the airflow is goood =) 3x 120mm fans and 1x 140mm fan on the computercase the next thing lol it sounds like a airplane taking off 2 of the 120mm fans on the front pushing air in the case and 1 in the backside pulling out of the case and the 140mm on the top | |
