Wolfenstein

This new game will be arriving July/August of this summer. I was wondering if there is any interest from clan members in this game. I know I am very excited about it for the multiplayer mostly as I have heard that it would be a return to the multiplayer of RTCW from back in 2001. I'm not sure if you will have to have Vista to run this game, but I'm sure the system requirements will be much more than that of ET.

I think I might check it out, it looks good from what I have seen of it!

Oke i saw 2min play it does some more peeps have to game and is it worth to buy it?

Singleplayer game is fairly good, but the multiplayer needs work. ID software has fired/laid-off everyone who worked on the multiplayer version of the game. According to the forums at wolfenstein.com, there should be an extensive patch coming sometime in the future as many of the RTCW/W:ET players are very unhappy with the finished product.

I did have some fun playing multiplayer however even though some of the gameplay was a bit choppy no matter how good your computer is.

Hmm ... I wonder whether they are going to make Linux version too - ET and ETQW both have Linux versions already.

I looked at their official forums aqnd it seems they don't even have linux binaries for dedicated servers, so all the multiplayer servers are hosted by some people at their home windows machines. Not good...

You should have some fun with the single player. It's pretty good. The multiplayer on the other hand......

If there were a server that disabled the veil then I would happily play it but til then it can collect dust on my games shelf I didnt even bother to complete the sp game due to it either! Vey dissappointed personally.

could someone play the game till end?...some friends of mine can not play over 79 % of game ( game end at 79 %)

most of them downloaded from other players (script/key or something like that)

they said ..."now i can play till end but nothing saved from playing before ... like weapon, charactar, etc.

alltough the veil is just too... much

If we had a server that disabled the 'Veil' then I would play, just cannot bring myself to actually play ET due to all the old reasons that I have posted on many many occasions.

Wolfenstein is actually a very good game and kind of makes me think of an improved CSS style game, each match being short but great fun and quite intense.

I haven't even finished the single player yet. The multiplayer just disappointed me plus they fired the whole team that developed the MP so there's no hope of fixing any of the problems associated with it.
